Took our car in for service, for a problem we had while out on vacation, the team did a diagnosis on it, performed an update and changed the oil. When we picked up the car everything was explained in detail by, Allen Shernaman our service advisor, in a polite very professional manner. We received a phone call about an hour or two after we picked up our car, Allen had had a conversation with another employee and they agreed we should bring our car back and have a part replaced under warranty. This here is exactly why we purchased our car here, a professional staff, a great group of mechanics, all of which care not only about the cars, but the people too. It was a great visit as always.
