I’ve had a great experience with Auto Center Nissan Service Center! We purchased our Grand Cherokee from Auto Center Herculaneum and have continued to have our vehicles serviced at their Nissan service center. They have always treated us wonderfully and made us feel like valued customers. I recently brought our Grand Cherokee in to have an issue I was experiencing looked at, and Kassie was out Service Advisor. She was absolutely wonderful to work with! Having your vehicle in for repairs can be stressful, but she made the entire experience so much better. She did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the repair process and was always available to answer any questions I had. Her communication, professionalism, and willingness to help were outstanding. Kassie is truly an asset to the Auto Center Nissan Service Center, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was absolutely wonderful!!!

When they let you test drive it's in a neighborhood that's 35mph. I bought the car and on the way home doing 70mph and hit the breaks the whole car shook, had to replace all rotors and brake pads $400 later ughh. Not happy about this at all!
