The Rogue is powered by a 1.5-liter VC-Turbo engine, generating 201 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque. You can choose from auto, eco, and sport driving modes; snow and off-road modes are available. The Rogue S comes standard with 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels. All Rogue trim levels have intelligent auto headlights and LED headlights with LED daytime running lights. The Rogue S also includes UV-reducing solar glass and rear privacy glass.
Inside the Rogue S, the air conditioning has rear passenger vents and an in-cabin microfilter. The S packs plenty of technology, such as remote keyless entry and push-button ignition, an advanced drive-assist display, and a NissanConnect 8-inch color touch-screen display. Voice recognition comes standard, as do both Apple CarPlay integration and Android Auto compatibility. The Rogue S seats have a comfortable cloth trim.
This trim level has upgraded features, and many available options can adapt the SV to fit your needs. The SV rides on taller 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels. Some of the exterior design features of the Midnight Edition, such as gloss black wheels, a black V-motion grille, and black outside mirrors, are available. The SV trim and above have heated outside mirrors with LED turn signal indicators on them. Roof rails, a panoramic moonroof, and a power liftgate are also available.
The SV upgrades the cruise control included in the Rogue S to ProPILOT Assist. The Rogue SV and above include NissanConnect with a Wi-Fi hotspot. This trim level adds dual-zone automatic temperature control to keep things even more comfortable in the cabin. The SV also includes a Nissan intelligent key and a remote engine start system with intelligent climate control. A second USB-A and USB-C port are also added.
The SV trim and above have an eight-way power driver’s seat. You can upgrade the cloth seats to Prima-Tex leatherette or TailorFit leatherette; heated front seats are also available. Leather and heating are available for the steering wheel. This trim increases the number of speakers from four to six.
The Midnight Edition is a limited-availability trim with upgrades and unique style details that make it stand out. As the name suggests, the Midnight Edition features dark colors and black styling inside and out. It’s available in Super Black, Two-Tone Pearl White TriCoat, and Two-Tone Boulder Gray Pearl.
True to its aesthetic, the Midnight Edition has 18-inch gloss black aluminum alloy wheels. It sports black front and rear bumper trim pieces, black outside mirrors, and a black V-motion grille. The Nissan Rogue Midnight Edition trim includes a power liftgate and a dual-panel panoramic moonroof.
Inside, the Midnight Edition seats have TailorFit leatherette trim. This trim and above include a leather-wrapped and heated steering wheel along with heated front seats.
The SL and Platinum trims include 19-inch aluminum alloy wheels and roof rails. Inside, the SL offers many premium comfort features. This trim level adds an auto-dimming feature to the inside rearview mirror. You can add Navi-link to the ProPILOT Assist, and tri-zone automatic temperature control is available. This trim level adds a Bluetooth hands-free phone system. The SL and the Platinum have a four-way power front-passenger seat and add a memory system to the driver’s seat. The SL has leather-appointed seats, and heated rear seats are available.
The Platinum is the top Rogue trim level and comes with roof rails. The power liftgate is upgraded to include motion activation.
The Rogue Platinum boasts interior accent lighting. The Platinum includes ProPILOT Assist with Navi-link. As in the SL, a 9-inch color touch-screen display is included in the Platinum, as is Nissan door-to-door navigation, and a head-up display is also available. Wireless Apple CarPlay integration and Alexa built-in are included. This trim level adds a Bose premium audio system with a dual-driver woofer, also available for the SL. This is the only trim level that includes a wireless charger.
You can choose to upgrade to tri-zone automatic temperature control. The Rogue Platinum includes remote-folding rear seats. The seats are quilted semi-aniline leather appointed, and heated rear seats are included.
All trim levels include brake assist, automatic rear braking, and automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection. Every Rogue has intelligent forward collision warning, intelligent driver alertness, lane departure warning, and more. The SV trim and above also have intelligent lane and blind-spot intervention. The SL and Platinum trims have an intelligent around view monitor. A rear sonar system comes standard, and you can upgrade to add front and side sonar systems in the SL, or these are included in the Platinum. Available in the SL, traffic sign recognition is included in the Platinum.
Every Rogue comes with the Nissan advanced airbag system. This includes dual-stage supplemental front airbags. There are also seat-mounted side-impact supplemental airbags and driver and front-passenger knee airbags. All trim levels have roof-mounted curtain supplemental airbags with rollover sensors. The Platinum trim also has driver seat-mounted front-center supplemental airbags. The Nissan vehicle immobilizer system is included in all Nissan Rogue trims. The SV and above also have a vehicle security system.
