The purpose of this letter is to formally and publicly commend Eric Hallstead & John Jones for the excellent service they provided to my family throughout our car buying experience. In my opinion, the level of service that Mr. Hallstead & Mr. Jones extended to my family was far beyond our expectations.
I have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case I was so impressed by the support and service provided by Mr. Hallstead & Mr. Jones that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. These people truly deserve it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared, the work that Eric & John did should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate.
What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided by Mr. Hallstead & Mr. Jones was their extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service and support that motivated them to always go the extra mile.

Dear AutoCenters Nissan:
We purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima from Christopher McMillian. I want to Congratulate your Dealership for having such a wonderful Sales Person. He definitely knows what the word "CUSTOMER SERVICE" MEANS. He has all the qualities of a Super Sales Person, right from the time we walked in the door he answered all of our questions and made buying another Altima an easy process.
We had a unique problem as the 2006 Altima we had was in my Son's name. He passed away recently and you all took that problem off of our hands, by taking the car and calling the lender who will pick up the vehicle. That small gesture meant so much to us!
